Parents' Association

All parents and guardians of CSG students are members of the Columbus School for Girls Parents' Association.

The mission of the CSG PA is to support and enhance the CSG community by: 

  • Foster connections between CSG parents and families to strengthen our community
  • Provide support to the students and opportunities to coordinate recognition of the faculty and staff 
  • Provide additional means for the dissemination of pertinent information from CSG
  • Fundraise via sales-based activities, and use these funds for enrichment for CSG students and faculty 

Columbus School for Girls is an amazing and active community with fabulous students, faculty, and parents. We sponsor a variety of fun, fundraising, and community-building activities. During the year, the CSG PA welcomes all parents and guardians to attend Parent Monthly Meetings, an opportunity to hear a member of the faculty or administration speak about the educational, arts, and athletic programs at CSG. It is a great way to stay informed and connected to the community. As a result of various fundraising efforts this past school year, the Parents' Association presented CSG a check in the amount of $52,000 for the 2025-2026 school year. The PA gift enhances the experience of students and faculty across all Divisions:

  • Thanks to your generosity, we are able to invest $6,000 in our PYC program, providing enriching off-campus experiences such as visits to the Columbus Museum of Art, offering parent programming to help families navigate the joys and challenges of early childhood, and funding valuable professional development opportunities for our faculty.
  • In the Lower School, $10,000 brings local experts—such as authors—into our classrooms, enriches curriculum development, and supports special initiatives like the Big/Little Sis program.
  • Your gift of $10,000 to the Middle School makes divisional events like Love Your Body Day possible, along with form-specific experiences such as the Form 8 Tea.
  • In the Upper School, $22,000 funds form-level experiential learning for forms IV - XI, signature programs for the division, and milestone events like Senior Party and Prom.
  • Additionally, $4,000 supports our athletics program, helping our students grow both on and off the field.

Through our Athletic Committee, volunteer efforts in managing the Kirk Campus gate admissions and business development efforts raised an additional $6,000 to support the Athletic department directly.

Finally, the CSG PA provides Faculty/Staff recognition during a week of gratitude celebration, including breakfast, coffee breaks, and tokens of appreciation. Through your generosity, the PA contributed $6,000 towards various appreciation efforts, including the end-of-year catered lunch, with parents taking over supervision of the girls in the cafeteria.

CSG PA Generates Funds

Join a CSG PA committee to help fundraise for the school. The funds are directed to opportunities that enrich, support, and recognize our daughters and faculty. Fundraisers include:
