Your Veracross Parent Portal is your home-base for all things related to your child’s experience at CSG.

Be sure to bookmark your Parent Portal and check it regularly for important updates from your daughter's Division Director and the School.

The Parent Portal is your hub for:

2026-2027 Major Dates
Please click here for this year’s major dates calendar. Below we have highlighted important dates for the opening of school:

  • August  15 - All School Back-to-School Social; PA Mumkin Sale Begins!
  • August 18 - All students in the PYC, Forms I, VI, IX, and new student orientation
  • August 19 - Opening Day of School; Parent Coffee at 8:00 a.m. in the Spirit Courtyard
  • August 21 - Convocation & All-School Picture Day
  • September 19 - Founders Day Tailgate

School Hours of Operation
Columbus School for Girls is generally open from 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, during the academic year. Check your calendar in Veracross for additional details about other special events so that you don't miss any of the exciting programming available to you and your family.

Early Drop-Off & After Hours
Early drop-off care will begin on Thursday, August 20. Early drop-off is available to all students and is complimentary for PYC and Lower School families beginning at 7:30 a.m. PYC students who use early drop-off will enter Columbia House directly, and Lower School students who use early drop-off will enter through the main entrance at 65 S. Drexel Avenue, not the Lower School entrance.

Middle & Upper School students may be dropped off at 7:30 a.m. Middle School students arriving early should report to the Beaton Library.

After Hours care begins on Wednesday, August 19 and is available for PYC, Lower and Middle School students. Registration information for After Hours is available on your Veracross Parent Portal.

Please see below for details of drop-off and pick-up times and locations. For the safety of all of our students, we ask that you arrive for drop-off and pick-up at your scheduled time and follow the guidance of our security team for entering and exiting the School's parking lots.

Transportation

School pictures for All Divisions: August 21 
Picture day will take place Friday, August 21. Students are required to be in Official Uniform and will take an individual photo and a group photo with their homeroom or advisory. We will again be partnering with Ripcho Photography. Below are important links for ordering photos and additional details will be shared as the date approaches. The deadline to order photos is August 23. Re-takes will take place on October 12.

School Uniforms
We are proud to partner with the School Closet, the only official vendor of CSG's uniform, where new skirts, skorts, tunics and other uniform items can be purchased. The Attic is also a great on-campus resource for all pre-loved uniforms and spirit wear! Students may also purchase spirit wear items from the Unicorner and Athletics. 

FinalForms: Required School Forms for the 2026-2027 school year
FinalForms is our system for completing required medical and athletics forms. Please log into: https://columbusschoolforgirls-oh.finalforms.com/ to access your account. If you have not logged into Final Forms before, please follow the online prompts to establish your profile. If you have forgotten your password, please follow the online prompts to reset your password. Students in Middle and Upper School will also receive a confirmation email with steps they need to complete once parents and guardians have registered and completed the forms. 

Family Workshop Series Begins August 26
Join us for the first Family Workshop Series, Sleep Matters: Building Healthy Habits for Learning & Well-Being, with speaker Julia Handelman from Wellity on August 26 from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. in the Unicorn Theater.

Academic Schedules, Homeroom & Advisory Assignments
As we prepare for the new school year, official information about academic schedules, homeroom and advisor assignments will arrive to families in the next two weeks. All students will have finalized information regarding homerooms and advisors by August 14.
