Parent Portals with Division-Specific Back-to-School Details:
Your parent portal on Veracross are your home-base for all things related to your child’s experience in their division. All information related to supplies, books, and schedules can be found on your parent portal. Be sure to bookmark your portal as Division Directors will communicate important updates for families on the portal throughout the year. 2025-2026 Major Dates
Please click here for this year’s major dates calendar. Below we have highlighted important dates for the opening of school:

  • August  16 - All School Back to School Social; PA Mumkin Sale Begins!

  • August 19 - All students in the PYC, Forms I, VI, & IX and new student orientation

  • August 20 - Opening Day of School; Parent Coffee at 8:00a in the Spirit Courtyard

  • August 22 - 127th Convocation & All School Picture Day

  • September 5 - First PA Monthly Meeting, 9:00a via Zoom

  • September 20 - Founder's Day Tailgate

School day schedule including early drop-off and after hours
Early drop-off and after hours care will be provided starting August 20. Early drop-off is available to all students and is complementary for PYC and Lower School families beginning at 7:30a. PYC students who use early drop-off will enter Columbia House directly, and Lower School students who use early drop-off will enter through the main entrance at 65 S. Drexel Avenue, not the Lower School entrance. 

Carline by division is during the following times: 
PYC: Drop-off is 8:00 - 8:30a, half day pick-up is 12:20 - 12:30p, full day pick-up is 3:00 - 3:30p in the Columbia Parking lot. 
LS: Drop-off is 8:00 - 8:10a at the Meuse Circle, pick-up is 3:20 - 3:35p in the Drexel Parking Lot 
MS: Drop-off is 8:10 - 8:30a in the Drexel Parking Lot, pick-up is 3:30p in the Columbia Parking Lot 
US: Drop-off is 8:10 - 8:30a in the Drexel Parking Lot, pick-up is 3:30p in the Drexel Parking Lot 

Transportation
Please click here for current information related to school transportation including pickup and dropoff times. Should you have any questions related to transportation, please contact Brian Botzman, Operations Director. Registration for bus transportation is located within Veracross. 

School pictures for all divisions: August 22 
Picture day will take place Friday, August 22. Students are required to be in Official Uniform and will take an individual photo and a group photo with their class/advisory. We will again be partnering with Ripcho Photography. Below is important links for ordering photos with more details coming later this week. The deadline to order photos is August 25. Retakes will take place on October 13.

We are proud to partner with the School Closet, the only official vendor of CSG's uniform, where new skirts, skorts, tunics and other uniform items can be purchased. The Attic is also a great on-campus resource for all pre-loved uniforms and spirit wear! Students may also purchase spirit wear items from the Unicorner and Athletics.

FinalForms: Required school forms for the 2025-2026 school year
FinalForms is our system for completing required school forms related to health, school policies, and other related topics. Please log into: https://columbusschoolforgirls-oh.finalforms.com/ to access your account. If you have not logged into Final Forms before, please follow the online prompts to establish your profile. If you have forgotten your password, please follow the online prompts to reset your password. Students in Middle and Upper School will also receive a confirmation email once parents and guardians have registered and completed the forms. 

Classroom Teacher, Daily Schedules, and Advisory Assignments
As we prepare for the new school year, official information about homeroom and advisor assignments will arrive to families in the next two weeks. All students will have finalized information regarding homeroom and advisors by August 15.
