New Unicorns 2025

Available for new families in early July. CSG uses Final Forms to collect required forms for the start of the school year. Upper School and Middle School students will be required to sign a few forms with their newly initiated CSG email. Athletes must complete forms by August 1. You will receive an email when CSG initiates your account and has loaded all your required forms, typically this is in early June for families accepted in March, or after your contract is signed during rolling admission.

Access FinalForms

The parent portal is a section of our website to find information for your division. No login credentials are needed. Weekly Division Director letters, calendar items, and parent resources are all organized and archived in the parent portal!
