Community Unicorn Celebration
In honor of International Women's Day, we are excited to invite you to our Bexley campus on the morning of Friday, March 7 for our annual Community Unicorn Celebration.
This year’s student-generated theme is Advocating for Individuals with Physical Disabilities and we will spend the morning recognizing locally nominated individuals who make a difference in our Columbus community.
Hosted by the Center for Equity & Belonging, this year’s Community Unicorn Celebration will feature a panel of six women, moderated by Upper School Institute Fellows. The panelists are:
- Megan Fitze, Art Possible Ohio
- LaQuinta Haynes; Coach and athlete
- Najma Mohamoud; Ohio Coalition for the Education of Children with Disabilities
- Alison LaBarre; Ohio Deaf & Blind Education Services
- Kelly Rodriguez; Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities
- TyKiah Wright-Wilson; WrightChoice Mentoring
We look forward to a light breakfast and networking session from 8-8:30am, followed by our program and panel from 8:30-9:30am. Scroll down to RSVP today!
