    Drop-Off and Pick-Up

    CSG campus can be accessed from either S. Drexel Ave. or S. Columbia Ave.

    Explore! Program (Ages 3-5)

    • Located in Columbia House with access from Columbia Ave.
    • Drop off in the CSG car line between 8:15 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.
    • Pick up from the car line at 4:30 p.m.
    • Half-day pick-up at12:30 p.m. in the car line.
    • The car line is located in the parking lot in front of Columbia house (access to this parking lot can be found on Columbia Ave).
    • If enrolled in Extended Care, drop off/ pick up is at the Lower School entrance on the corner of E. Broad and S. Drexel Ave.

    Grades 1-8

    • Drop off at the Wellness and Athletics Complex (entrance on S. Drexel Ave.) between 8:15 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.
    • Pick up from the Wellness and Athletics Complex Lobby (entrance on S. Drexel Ave.) at 4:30 p.m.*
    • Half-day pick-up at 12:30 p.m. in the Wellness and Athletics Complex Lobby (entrance on S. Drexel Ave.).

    Late pick-ups will be necessary for field trips that exceed normal camp hours, and notice of these will be included in the schedule.

    Grades 9-12

    • Drop off and pick up at Columbia Ave. entrance.
    • Drop-off and pick-up times depend on the courses in which the student is enrolled.

    • Lunch is provided for all full and half-day students.
    • Morning and afternoon snacks provided.

    Grades 1-8

    • Half-day (attending 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.)
      • No lunch option available.
      • Can either bring their own nut-free morning snack, or eat fresh fruit that is provided. 
    • Full-day (attending 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)
      • Hot lunch provided.
      • Can either bring their own nut-free morning snack, or can eat fresh fruit that is provided.

     

    Payment and Fees

    Payment and Fees

    Deadlines

    • Registration deadline is May 15th.
    • 50% tuition must be paid at the time of registration.
    • Full tuition due May 15th (If full payment is not made by May 15, a late payment fee of 10% of tuition will be assessed).
    • Incorporated into tuition cost is a non-refundable deposit of $100 or 50%, whichever fee is less.
    • For students registered after May 15, full tuition is due upon registration, plus a late registration fee of $50.

    Payments

    • Can be made through My BackPack Summer Online Registration with a credit card (the link to this site can be found on the CSG Summer Programs website at www.columbusschoolforgirls.org/summer). For payments made with a credit card, a 3.75% convenience fee will be assessed.
    • If payment is being made via check, the child will not be considered fully registered until payment is received. 

    Discounts

    • Early Bird Discount: If a student is registered by March 15, a 5% discount will be given.
    • Family Discount: If more than one child from a family enrolls in CSG Summer Programs, a discount of 10% will be granted for each registration after the first child’s registration.
    • Cloud Nine Discount: If a student is enrolled in all nine weeks of CSG Summer Programs, the family will receive a discount of 50% tuition on the final week.
    Discounts do not apply to students enrolled in Kaplan Complete SAT Prep or Kaplan® Complete ACT Prep as billing for those courses is facilitated by Kaplan Test Prep.

    Registration

    • Opens January 15, 2013

    Online

    • Go to www.columbusschoolforgirls.org/summer . Click on the register tab on the left-hand side of the page. Then you will see a link that says Register.
    • When you enter the Registration site:
      • If you are a CSG parent during the year, you will log into your My Backpack account.
      • If you are not a CSG parent during the year, you will create a new account.
    • Follow the registration instructions and pick your student’s schedule, then pay via credit card. Registration will not be considered complete until payment is received.
    • You will receive a confirmation email once your registration has been received.
    • Fill out any additional forms required for your program (found on the CSG Summer Programs website).
      • Explore! Program additional forms:
        • Childhood Student Health Record and Authorization Form.
        • Early Childhood Annual Physician Report.
      • Grades 1-12 additional forms:
          • Emergency Medical and Student Authorization Form.

    Mail/Drop-Off

    • Registration forms for each program can be downloaded and printed from the Summer Programs website (www.columbusschoolforgirls.org/summer).
    • Fill out any additional forms required for your program (found on the CSG Summer Programs website).
    • If you mail the forms, please address the envelope as follows:

    • Once we receive and verify your registration, we will send you a confirmation letter with the courses we have you registered for and your due balance.
    • Please Note: Do not include a check with your initial registration form. A bill will be sent once program/course registration is confirmed by CSG Summer Programs staff.
    Registration is not considered complete until deposit payment and forms are received!
