Athletic Director featured in 11 Athletics Magazine

If you see a copy of 11 Athletics magazine you may see two familiar faces looking back at you. Interim Athletic Director, Lindsey Smith and Strength and Conditioning Coach, Heather Welsh are featured in the September/October issue and grace the cover. The feature article talks about their recent participation at the CrossFit Games held in California. The magazine dubbed them the "Toughest Girls in Columbus." Thier dedication and enthusiasm to the sport as well as maintaining healthy and strong bodies is a great message for our girls.
