Grace Notes to Perform at Carnegie Hall
Posted September 21, 2012
The Grace Notes vocal ensemble will be going to New York, April 4-8, 2013, to participate in the National Honor Choir under the direction of Dr. Lynne Gackle, Head of Choral Activities at Baylor University in Texas. Our students will be joining some of the “finest high school age vocalists in all of America, from New York to California” and will present a concert Sunday, April 7, in Carnegie Hall. The Grace Notes were required to submit a live recording from their Chicago adjudication last April. A panel of judges listened to each of the submissions and then contacted those choirs selected to participate. We are thrilled for the students to have this memorable experience and congratulate them on their continuing success. Congratulations!
