Jennifer  Bunker, B.S.

Jennifer joined the CSG family in 2007. She grew up in the Bexley community and graduated from Bexley High School.  She earned a B.S. with Distinction in Movement Science from the University of Michigan.  After graduating, Jennifer worked in the financial services industry for 7 years. In 2005, she returned to Capital University and obtained her 4-9 teaching license through Capital’s Post-Degree Program. Mrs. Bunker enjoys challenging and motivating her Form V students through authentic learning opportunities.  In addition to her classroom teaching responsibilities at CSG, Jennifer is one of CSG’s Teacher Leaders for the Growing Together Service-Learning Network.  This network is made up of 20+ schools in the Columbus area that are partnering with AmeriCorps Fellows to integrate Service Learning into the classroom.  Jennifer is also an active member of CSG’s Athletic Department.  She serves as the Head Middle School coach of the field hockey and track and field programs.  Jennifer is married to Jon Bunker, a Bexley City School’s teacher, and they have two daughters.  Jennifer’s interests include triathlons, skiing, hiking, backpacking, and spending time with her family.
