Honoring 100%ers

To recognize and thank each form in which every student has a parent who contributed towards her education and each alumna class in which all the graduates contribute to Annual Giving in one academic year, Columbus School for Girls will present to each participant a small pin. This is in recognition of the distinction of being one of an entire class that has joined together to support the school.

Information on How to Give

How do I contribute?

You may act now by sending in your check, credit card information, or your pledge by mail, telephone, or e-gift.

Can I charge my contribution?

In an effort to make the campaign run more efficiently, we ask that you consider putting your contributions on your VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. It will benefit the school if you specify your desired giving schedule and have the Development Office charge your gifts as you instruct. Space is provided on the envelope for you to indicate the charge information and schedule.

Can I contribute on-line?

Yes! Annual Giving has become as easy as a click of the mouse. You simply click here. There you will find directions and a link to our secure server. You can follow the directions given there and have your gift made quickly.

Why give now?

The need is great and your support is sincerely wanted. Your decision to participate now will benefit both CSG and you by eliminating additional requests for Annual Giving for the duration of the school year. You can enjoy the knowledge that you are helping.

Do you do anything special for young alumnae who contribute?

Yes. College-age alumnae who make a gift of any size are recognized as members of The Collegiate Club. Alumnae whose class graduated ten years ago or less and who contribute $100 or more receive additional recognition as Decade Club member.

What do you do if a donor wishes to remain anonymous?

CSG honors the decision of the donor. There are two choices for anonymous donors. The first is partial anonymity, their names will appear under an alumna class or a daughter's class or a list of grandparent givers, whenever possible to show participation, but not on any lists showing the actual level of giving; the other is full anonymity, in which the name will not appear on any list. If you wish to avail yourself of either option, please make this request on your giving envelope, in a letter, or (with e-giving) in the designated box. Then the proper entry will be made to your records.
