Welcome to the Columbus School for Girls Online Application!

To apply online, please create an online account below.  The Username and Password will allow you to edit, save, and submit your application, as well as check your application status.

A completed application may be submitted at any time.  To be considered for admission in the first-round of decisions for the 2021-2022 school year, the application fee, all paperwork, assessments, and required visits must be completed by February 1, 2021. After this date, applicants will be considered on a rolling basis, depending on available openings. Please visit our How to Apply page on our website to access required forms and a detailed explanation of the application process.

Once you have submitted your application online and paid the required application fee, go to our How to Apply page to download the required documents, complete Parent and Student Questionnaires, and register for testing.

To upload a picture of the applicant, click the camera icon under "Upload Student Picture" and follow the instruction.

In order for your application to be processed and considered for admission, payment of the application fee must be received. Columbus School for Girls accepts cash, check, money order or credit card. Once you have submitted the application, you will be given instructions on how to submit payment.
