I.D.E.A.'s mission is to enhance and ensure the vitality of our diverse community, and create a learning environment that reflects multiple cultures, promotes global connectedness, and respects all differences consistent with mission of the School.

Definitions: While I.D.E.A. is about the uniqueness of our community members, the group seeks to ensure that CSG is both inclusive and fair.

• Inclusion: actively welcoming and valuing those diverse points of view, abilities, background, and experiences.
• Diversity: ensuring our community is made up of unique members with diverse points of view, abilities, backgrounds, and experiences.
• Equity: treating people fairly and ensuring equal access to the same opportunities.
• Advocacy: how we support and foster a diverse, inclusive community that is fair for all.
