How to Apply

If you would like your child to be considered for admission in the first round of decisions for the 2008-09 school year, all paperwork, assessments, and required visits must be completed by February 14, 2008. After this date, applicants will be considered on a rolling basis, depending on available openings.

To make application, you must complete these five steps:

  1. Obtain an application package from the Admission Office.
  2. Submit directly to our Admission Office: Completed Application for Admission $50 application fee Copy of your child's birth certificate
  3. Submit to your child's school as applicable: Teacher Recommendation Form Transcript Request Form(s)
  4. Final Decision

When the application process has been completed, the Admission Committee will meet to consider each applicant's file, reviewing transcripts, teacher recommendations, attendance records, previous standardized testing results, CSG screening or testing results, and the parent/student visit. The Admission office will formally notify the applicant's parents or guardians of a decision by letter beginning March 1. If a student is offered an enrollment contract, CSG will require the prompt return of the signed contract and a $1,500 non-refundable deposit.
