Ms. Elizabeth Blosser
Elizabeth joined CSG in 2015 as the Lower School Spanish teacher for Forms I,II,III, IV and V. She has a Masters of Science degree in Foreign Language and TESOL Education from Florida International University, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Language from Indiana University at Bloomington. She has taught a variety of grade levels from kindergarten to twelfth grade including Spanish for heritage learners. Prior to coming to CSG, Elizabeth taught Elementary Spanish immersion at Ada Merritt K-8 Center, an International Baccalaureate (IB) magnet program in Miami, FL. Additionally, she served as Elementary Foreign Language Curriculum Advisor. Elizabeth inspires her students to broaden their multicultural horizons, and gain an appreciation for foreign language while developing a strong foundation in the Spanish language. In her classroom, they explore Spanish through authentic cultural activities highlighting various Spanish-speaking countries, songs, dances, literature, storytelling (TPRS) & realistic role-playing scenarios.
